** As well as having unique therapeutic-effect, group therapy is a cost-effective option **
These group experiences occur over twelve months and include 8 workshops on Waiheke Island with follow-up group sessions via Zoom. You may register for any of the day-long sessions. You'll get most benefit from the overall process of the whole programme, but each day offers you a feast in itself!
Waiheke sessions: Saturdays 9am-6pm (9 hours, plus ferry travel time to/from the Island)
Zoom sessions: To Be Confirmed (90 minutes)
We offer a sliding scale of fees because it's important to recognise people can have very different circumstances. We wish for ReWilding to be as accessible as possible and we'll chat with you about the fee when we meet as part of your registration process.
The fee scale is between $295 - $350 (GST inclusive) for each Waiheke session (9 hours). Please choose a fee that feels realistically manageable for you.
We highly recommend and welcome your commitment to all eight sessions which will deepen your experience significantly. As encouragement we offer you a discounted lump sum payment option of $2240 which is the equivalent of $280 per session.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of a Waiheke fee will be due upon your successful registration. Waiheke workshop fees are to be paid via internet banking at least one week prior to each workshop. Fees cover indoor venue hire, van travel on Waiheke, guided sessions throughout the day, morning tea, and activity materials (unless otherwise advised).
Each Zoom session has a flat fee of $50 (GST inclusive) to be paid via internet banking prior to or on the day of each session.
There are now two ferry services available. Island Direct is a new service. You'll notice their walk-on fares are cheaper and they don't charge extra for reserving a seat. They also offer a multi-trip option which we recommend if you register for several workshops.
For Fullers 360 ferry service you may wish to download the MyFerry App for ease of ticket purchase. We highly recommend you buy a Flexipass for 10 trips as it is significantly more cost-effective if you plan to attend several workshops.
Here in the Waiheke Island community, we are blessed with many environmental groups making fantastic efforts and effects in the motu. As a way of expressing our gratitude and being committed to reciprocity with the living world of this Island, we will make a koha, after each Waiheke group session, to such organisations in support of their work. For example, the Waiheke Marine Project, Te Korowai o Waiheke, Native Bird Rescue Waiheke, Love our Wetlands Waiheke, Forest and Bird Waiheke, Waiheke Resources Trust, and more.
